AWESOME Customer Service Here. My Car Was Already Clean From Yesterday, Just Needed To Vacuum It Today. The Team Was So Nice About It And Let Me Use It Without Any Hassle. Will DEFINITELY Bring My Car Back Here For A Full Wash Next Time!!!

The customer service at ModWash is exemplary! The manager, Jenna, and another woman went above and beyond to help me search for a lost earring. They went through the trash canister attached to the vacuum twice and thoroughly searched around and inside my car. Thank you, ModWash, for going the extra mile!!

More for show than making your car glow. The wheel wash hardly does anything so you collect brake dust. You also have to do your own grill bug prep, which is pretty silly, especially when they have someone waiting for you as you enter the wash. It’s by far the most convenient wash club to us though. The free air fresheners are a nice touch. It would be five stars if they fix the two items I mentioned.

I love this place! Everybody's always friendly and willing to help. Michelle is super helpful and always nice. She goes the extra length to make sure my tires are lines up properly which I appreciate because so many employees don't! It makes a critical difference when you have low profile tires. The service is great, and everything is very easy!

Michelle showed me how to use the equipment, was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't aware that there was such a thing as a mat cleaning machine, and my car NEEDED it. 5-stars, hands down stellar service. Will definitely be going back!
