Ed Mofrad, and his entire team, have been MORE than what I could ever ask for in a group of tax accountants. Not only are they highly knowledgeable in what they're doing, but each one has been more than accommodating to me in answering my questions, responding almost immediately every single time, and making sure I receive the best service possible with the most clarity they can give to me. A quick story: I was referred to them about three years ago and was actually dreading to make this call, because not only was I behind on filing my taxes for the last three years, but I had no idea HOW MUCH I would be owing and felt like I was digging myself a bigger and bigger hole that I wasn't too sure how to get out of. One of the very first things I remember when I actually made this dreaded phone call to Ed Mofrad's company was speaking with Ed Mofrad himself who reassured me that, 'this happens all the time, please don't worry, I used to work for the IRS, and everything will be okay.' It wasn't his words that were reassuring to me as much as his tone of voice that soothed my heart and made me feel like no matter what this process was going to be like to get me back on track, he, and his team, were going to be kind. This was a big deal to me, for some reason, and he was already providing it (kindness). With that being said, Ed Mofrad, and his entire team have completely caught me up to this present year which is 2022 and are still answering my questions immediately and clearly, getting on a virtual call if I need it, and making sure I feel comfortable and educated every single step of the way. Ed Mofrad and his entire team have truly become people who have a dear place in my heart believe it or not, and it all started with just being my tax accountants. They have been wonderful to me.

Had a really productive consultation with Mofrad. He said he’d send me a checklist of everything he needs from me. It’s now been 4 days and I haven’t reviewed a single email or phone call from his team. I’ve even reached out via email, to no avail. One of the things I value most in a business relationship is trust reliability. Unfortunately, I did not find that here and so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I was introduced to Mofrad Financial Solutions a few years and I would not trust anyone else but Mofrad to handle all my financial needs and questions.
