Craig did my mold inspection and was really knowledgeable and patient with explaining the process every step of the way and making sure I understood what he was sharing with me. I appreciated the time he took to answer questions and explain next steps after receiving the inspection report. Would highly recommend this company!
Johnny provided excellent customer service and completed a thorough inspection. I was not expecting such a high-quality inspection with precise attention to detail. I highly recommend their services!

I cannot recommend Mold Inspection Sciences highly enough, and specifically Craig, who was absolutely amazing. During an incredibly stressful time, Craig took the time to explain every single step of the inspection process and answered all of our questions with immense patience and genuine compassion. Having someone navigate our situation with that level of empathy brought us so much comfort when we needed it most. The professionalism across the entire company was top-tier. From the very first phone call booking our appointment to the follow-up call reviewing our lab test details in depth, every person we spoke with was respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. It’s one of those services you hope you never have to use again, but if we ever needed mold inspection services in the future, I would hire them again without hesitation. Worth every single penny!

This was our second time working with Craig and Mold Inspection Sciences, and we couldn't be happier with their services. My childhood home came up for sale unexpectedly, and my husband and I put in an offer, which was accepted. When I called to make a pre-purchase inspection appointment, Sarah D. was so kind and supportive of our situation, and worked some scheduling magic to help us find an opening within our inspection period (during the height of the busy season!) The homeowners ended up being present at the time of inspection (and I wasn't able to make it out in person that day) but Craig handled everything smoothly and was able to put the homeowners at ease with explanations of what he would be doing and why. Both the MIS pre-purchase mold inspection and our general home inspection through another company revealed significant issues that would have been beyond our budget to remediate/repair (since the home was already near the top of our price range). While it broke my heart to have to back out of the sale, I was so grateful for Craig's expert insights and the helpful data he collected. He handled a complex situation with empathy and compassion, and explained things in a way that made me feel supported and informed about all of the options available to us. I will definitely work with MIS again as we continue our home search, and highly recommend their services!

Mold Inspection Sciences was great to work with. They were organized and efficient throughout. My favorite two things were working with Craig C. who was extremely knowledgeable, and that Mold Inspection Sciences does the testing but does not offer mold remediation. In other words, they will clearly identify the problems and they have no vested interest in upselling mold cleaning services because they don't offer them.

After long-term breathing issues due to allergies, we were concerned that their may be mold in the house. We highly recommend Mold Inspection Sciences, especially our inspector Craig. He took the time to gather information about our concerns and a thorough information about the house. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions and walked us through the process of the inspection. We were happy to receive the great news that there's no mold, however, he did discover a damaged plumbing vent boot in the attic allowing us to get ahead of any future water damage with a roofing contractor. Money well spent for piece of mind!

We are absolutely blessed and impressed by Craig and his whole team. When I got sick last April, no doctor could figure out what was wrong, when I did find Dr Brandon Duncan, who started my journey on healing from mold in our rental, he recommended Craig and his team right away. new springs property management had failed to take my health issues and mold in our rental serious, Servpro was who they sent to us and we were saddened at the lack of detail and investigation. So we hired Craig and were not disappointed, he took the time to answer all my questions, investigated from the attic to the crawlspace and was very upfront with costs and what was recommended. We found out because of them the house was decaying with black mold and penicillium, along with many other astronomical levels of mycotoxins. Because of them we were able to submit it to New springs property management and they still went with Servpro, but later found out after sending us to a Airbnb for 9 days, that on day 2 of investigation, Craig and his team were right and our home was covered in black mold. That turned into a litigation and 2 months in Airbnbs due to their lack of knowledge. But if it wasn't for Craig and their team we would not have had the knowledge or confidence to pursue and prove we deserved a clean living space, and my health issues and concerns were not "crazy"... we will definitely recommend and use them if needed in the future.
