I had a very positive experience with Roy and his mold testing service. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to listen to my concerns regarding possible mold issues in my living environment. He arrived as scheduled, explained the testing process, and conducted the inspection thoroughly.
As someone dealing with ongoing environmental concerns, I appreciated that he treated my questions seriously and helped me feel heard throughout the process. The testing itself was quick, straightforward, and gave me peace of mind that I was taking the proper steps to obtain objective information about my indoor air quality.
One suggestion for improvement would be to provide clients with a clear timeline for when laboratory results can be expected and to automatically provide a receipt at the time of service. I had to follow up to request my receipt, and having those details communicated upfront would make an already good experience even better.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would absolutely recommend Roy to anyone needing professional mold testing. The inspection was well worth it, and I appreciate the professionalism and care he provided.
Thank you, Roy.
