Would absolutely not recommend. We hired Molly Maid for a move-in cleaning (no furniture in the house to have to work around!). This included (as per discussion with Molly Maid from THEIR checklist) all of our cabinets, inside and outside, closets, all surfaces and floors, etc). We figured this was an easy/straightforward job for them - clearly we were wrong. They wanted to “appear” that they cleaned the space. The outside of cabinets were wiped and floors were vacuumed. But once we moved in (3 days after the cleaning), we began to notice a LOT that was “missed”. Closets were only cleaned if the shelves were visible. The highest and lowest shelves and floors of closets were filthy. Did they think we wouldn’t use the full closet and notice they were not thorough? Only some cabinets were cleaned on the inside (which prompted us to rewipe EVERY CABINET). Behind and under the toilet was filthy. There was hair left in every sink of the house. Over a week after moving into the house, we’re still cleaning everything that Molly Maid missed. And the total was over $600 - the team had even called me during the cleaning to approve an extra hour to make it a grand total of a 5 hour clean. For what?!? What took 5 hours when so many areas are still filthy? I did speak to the company on the phone directly to provide this feedback and they offered for the team to come back which although I can appreciate, it’s absolutely ridiculous that the team cannot get it right the first time. We had booked MM specifically on the day we did because we had so many other appointments and couldn’t accommodate them coming back. It should not take multiple trips to do what was originally discussed. If the crew is not capable of completing the work in one day, that needs to be discussed and approved beforehand. Not sure where all these great reviews came from - perhaps we had a lazy cleaning crew? We will not be using Molly Maid ever again and recommend that others think twice before booking.

I've used their service for many years. Only once did I find they did not clean something only because they forgot to look behind a door. They work with you about payments. My checking account had been compromised and I had to renegotiate payments. They are friendly and courteous, outstanding.

Karins C and and Gloria are awesome house cleaners. They do detailed cleaning that meets my wife's expectations "and she sets a high bar". As long as we get these two ladies to clean our house we will continue to use Molly Maid.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Ines and Keily! Their attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to delivering a truly exceptional cleaning experience are on an entirely different level.
I’ve had my house cleaned before, but Ines and Keily set a completely new standard. Every room was absolutely spotless, every detail was thoughtfully addressed, and the entire house looked and felt incredible. They didn’t just clean our home — they made it feel brand new.
