Like that they are reliable, bring their own supplies and do a decent, if not perfect job. If regular team not available, will arrange another team to be cover.

We are very pleased with the services of Maria and Vicky at Molly Maids! They did a deep clean of our home and were extremely thorough, pleasant, professional and very hard working. They arrived right on time. Everything in the house was spotless and sparkling when they finished! Vicky left the towels in the shape of bows and the toilet paper in the shape of a rose. They made everything extra special. The bathrooms and kitchen are immaculate and they tackled all the details, mirrors, faucets, light switches, corners, etc throughout the house. I was amazed at the amount of work these two women were able to accomplish. I highly recommend Molly Maids and look forward to using their services again.

No stars. I had them come 3 different occasions. The last time was the worst. My house was not cleaned the way they said they would. Floors were left soaked. Stairs not wiped down. Kitchen was not wiped down. I was not happy and canceled the service. No one called and asked why they just said okay. It was a terrible experience
