Paid hundreds of dollars for a move out cleaning and received this unacceptable result. Looks like the team did anything but clean while they were there.
Price: $350–400
Services: Moving-related cleaning

You’re right, and we’re sorry. Your move-out cleaning didn’t meet our standards, and you deserved much better. Since the new tenant had already moved in and we couldn’t return for a reclean, our team worked with you directly and issued a full refund. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’re using it to make sure our teams deliver the quality every customer should expect.

I recently broke my shoulder, playing roller hockey with my kiddos, and my mother was kind enough to acquire the services of this wonderful team! MariLou, Karen, Alma, and Mariana Had a huge undertaking! I have two huge dogs, a kitten, three kids under the age of seven and a husband who doesn’t know where a trashcan is to save his life. Not only did I not recognize my house after the fact, one of the women helped me put my hair up for a meeting. We will definitely be using them again while I continue to heal up!
Response from the owner · 3 weeks ago
Jacqui, your review gave us a smile! With three little ones, two big dogs, a kitten, and a shoulder that needs time to heal, you’ve got more than enough on your plate right now. We’re so glad MariLou, Karen, Alma, and Mariana could lighten the load, right down to helping with your hair before your meeting! Wishing you an easy recovery, and we’ll be happy to keep the house cleaning off your list while you heal.
