I would just like to give the highest praise to Team 4 (Jessica, Bridgette, and Brooke). They did an amazing job deep cleaning our home to get it ready to put on the market. They were professional, respectful, and very pleasant to be around. They worked well as a team. Team 12 Deborah and Maciela, came to my home for a deep clean and it job they did was amazing! I am 7 months pregnant with a 9 year old and 2 year old so keeping my home clean has become a hassle. They worked so hard and so quickly! I really appreciate everything they did! Can’t wait to see them again!

I’ve used this service faithfully, twice a week for several months. I was charged Friday for a clean that I didn’t receive and haven’t received a refund. I reported pictures of my house not being properly done on yesterday. the lady that does the payments (Rhonda) called me saying that the cleaning would be free due to the complaints. Before we hung up, I ended services with them. My card was charged almost instantly after we hung up. I’ve tried to call the office all day but no one answered. This is stealing on both occasions.

Keyonna, we’re sorry your most recent cleaning did not meet your expectations. After you shared your concerns with our team, we agreed to refund the charge for that cleaning, and we issued that refund as promised. We’d also like to clarify the separate charge you referenced for an earlier scheduled visit. Our team arrived for that appointment but couldn't access the home because the door was locked and no one was available to let them in. Our standard policy allows for a lockout fee when a team arrives for a scheduled cleaning but cannot enter the home. In this instance, we waived that fee as a courtesy. We regret that your experience with us ended with concerns about the charges and communication, especially since you were a recurring customer for several months.
