We enjoyed an incredibly positive experience with Momentum AC. Booking a service appointment with the Momentum office was a breeze. Mason was our service technician and he was awesome. He was professional, friendly and caring. He gave me some great advice about maintaining the integrity of our HVAC. Mason arrived right on time and went right to work. He was thorough in his work with the compressor and did an excellent job of cleaning the unit. He was meticulous in checking the different readings on the compressor and showed me photographs of those readings and the standards they were measured by. He made a thorough inspection of our air handler and found evidence fungal growth. After he completed our work and presented different options we could pursue to protect the integrity of the airflow. We are giving those consideration for possible future action. Bottom line, the experience with Momentum was awesome and they will be our HVAC provider going forward.
This company works for my property management company so I don’t pay anything but they were great! Friendly with my dog, knowledgeable, confident, friendly, thorough! Got the air cool again!!!
Josh was our technician and he was phenomenal! Such a nice guy and very through in both his inspection and his diagnosis. We had another AC company come out two days In a row prior To calling out momentum, and both days they did not even try to diagnose the problem. They were quick to dismiss the issues, they did not even inspect the unit, use a temp gun, run any pressure testing, or any other means of diagnosing an issue, the only thing that they offered or suggested was to refill the coolant, and even the second day when it wasn’t cooling off they just filled it again, that was the extent of their ability. I highly recommend momentum and if you can request a specific technician request Josh. He went above and beyond to help fix the solution, and I highly suggest this company.

Feliciano was very professional and work fast and efficiently. Once the duct work was fixed the air had the house cooled down In minutes! Highly recommend!!
