Customers generally praise the company for punctuality, clear communication, and fair pricing, noting that carpets often look refreshed after service. Recurring themes include efficient scheduling, text reminders, and thorough cleaning of stains and odors. However, some lower-rated reviews criticize inconsistent attention to detail, such as leaving furniture disassembled, skipping final drying steps, or mishandling pricing discrepancies.

Doing some research and saw this company on Google, gave it a try. Appointment setup was easy, got plenty of text reminders, and the tech texted when he was on his way. Cleaning itself was very good, happy with the result. The shining star of this though was the service. David was amazing, very professional and helpful, and did a great job and cleaned up after. Will definitely use them again!
