Dr. Tanner was amazing! We needed an ultrasound on our cat and she worked us in and gave us quick results with a follow up plan. We couldn't be anymore satisfied with our service. The staff is amazing and when dealing with a sick animal it's crucial for empathy and compassion to be very present in your service. My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel LOVES to go to MVA for any reason. He is 3 yrs old and has been going there since he was 12 weeks old. He knows when we get close and starts jumping up and looking out the windows. I have to hold on to his collar before I release him from his carseat or he will jump out of the car. He pulls on the leash to get to the door. When he gets in, he goes straight to the ladies behind the counter and gets plenty of love. Regardless of having been there for a vaccination, a half day of daycare or for 8 days' boarding (we call it "Camp Cade" after Dr. Armstrong), he's always wiggly and glad to see me. However, when I put him down and ask him if he is ready to go home, he runs right back to the door he just came out of! He's ready to stay some more. He has done this EVERY TIME for the last couple of years. He has never let me down when I show someone what he does, back to that door he goes. The vets and the staff are ALL wonderful!!!

First contact was via phone - attendants have always been friendly and genuine (not overbearingly pretentious) My dogs are returned healthy- and happy rated 4 because there is always room for improvement ........
