I took their flexibility class with Jerilyn. It was one of the best flexibility classes I've taken in many years. This is what yoga should be. I hope they are able to offer more instances or larger classes in the future.

Rafael was absolutely amazing, so encouraging, and made us all feel comfortable from the start. If you’ve ever thought about trying a hammock class but felt a little intimidated, just do it! We had an absolute blast and will definitely be back.

This was my second year visiting the area and taking classes at this studio. Each time I went, I felt very welcomed. I took a few different classes, with different instructors and the vibe is consistent all throughout. Even speaking with the students made me feel comfortable; I've been to studios where it has felt cliquey as a visitor just passing by, not this studio. I will be booking classes anytime I'm in the area!

This has become my happy place. If you have always wanted to take pole. Do it! I recommend this place. It is women owned, it a great workout, it's fun, it is freeing, great form of therapy, a judgment free zone All great reasons.
