After reading online reviews, we decided to have Wesley help with several very sandy Berber kilim rugs we had brought home. the carpet cleaning service was absolutely incredible, and i couldn't be happier with the whole experience. i know i will use them again. i mostly worked with wesley, and he was a real gem. he always replied quickly, was very accommodating, and did excellent work on the bedroom carpet in the rental i was moving out of. wesley and richard did a phenomenal job on the bedroom carpet, and it looked fresh, bright, and thoroughly deep cleaned when they finished. there were a few pet stains from my small dog, but they were fully removed, and the carpet looked so much better afterward. their stain treatment, odor removal, and overall carpet care helped me get my full pet deposit back. i also had them clean an 8x10 wool area rug that had two urine-stained spots. when the rug was returned, the odors were gone, the small stains were removed, and the problem areas looked dramatically better. as luke explained, wool can be very difficult to clean once stains have dried and set, but the team still did a beautiful job and exceeded my expectations. their attention to detail, communication, and professional carpet and rug cleaning service made the entire process easy, and i am very grateful and look forward to working with them again.

Jesse provided excellent carpet cleaning service. He did a deep clean on a very dirty carpet and made it look fresh again. The final price was higher than the low coupon offer, but it makes sense that professional carpet cleaning for heavily soiled rooms would cost more than a basic special. Clearer pricing upfront could help set better expectations, but I was very pleased with how my father-in-law’s carpet turned out after the deep steam cleaning and stain removal. Great results, professional work, and the carpet looked revived.
