I had a great experience with Moses chimney sweeping service, they came on a Sunday which was a plus for me! Moe was very thorough, looking at everything, and even invited me to view the camera footage so I could see what was happening inside my chimney. He walked me through the process, explained his findings, and let me know what they recommended before leaving. He double checked all my questions were answered.
The pricing was reasonable, too. What I appreciated most was his transparency and professionalism. When they finished, I had a much clearer understanding of my chimney’s condition, whether it was safe to use, and what steps were needed next. I felt confident that they had done the job they came to do. I would definitely recommend a company that takes the time to educate its customers and gives them peace of mind!

Moe and Joe We're very professional I have a small dog and they made an effort to pet him and put him at ease which is very important to me. They found the problem quickly and fixed my unit in no time I would recommend them to anybody who needs any kind of fireplace maintenance!
