Customers frequently praise the punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication of the technicians, noting significant reductions in mosquito activity after seasonal treatments. However, some reviewers report that treatments failed to reduce mosquito populations as promised, while others cite poor scheduling practices, such as missed appointments and unreturned calls, which led to frustration despite the company's generally high responsiveness.
