Company keeps charging your account even after you cancel the service. I cancelled the service twice the summer of 2024. I left voicemains and sent several emails. NO ONE gets back to you. Their guarantee is not honored. They came to service our property and only sprayed the front of our home (we have cameras). Now they are charging my card again in 2025. Stay clear.
I am so sorry you experienced this. How annoying and inconvenient that must have been. Thankfully Mosquito Shield is under new ownership and we aim to please and keep our customers for a long time. Communication could be a little better. However, when the gentleman came to spray my yard, that part of the service was very good. He answered all the questions I had for him.
We had bad mosquitoes one summer, then we hired mosquito shield, now we can be outside from may-october and not get chewed by the little demon vampire bugs. There are probably cheaper options out there but can't argue with the results.
