I have been very disappointed with Mosquito Squad lately. During the last two treatments, the technician did not treat the back of my property. My property is very small, and I am paying for a full treatment, so I expect the entire property to be serviced. After the most recent visit, I contacted the office to explain that the backyard had not been treated. Instead of addressing my concern, the person I spoke with gave me an attitude and said they would submit the matter for an “audit.” The technician also stated that she had treated the backyard. However, I have cameras covering my backyard, and the footage clearly shows that she only went as far as my deck and did not enter the backyard to spray. What concerns me most is the lack of trust this creates. If I am paying for a professional service, I should not have to stand by the window or review my security cameras afterward to make sure the work I paid for was actually completed. Unfortunately, after having this happen twice and then receiving this type of response when I raised the issue, I no longer feel that the service is worth what I am paying for.
