Moss Roofing is amazing! My insurance company denied my roof claim. I was frustrated and disappointed. Brian Townson fought for me and got a full replacement! He was patient and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with. The crew showed up on time, did a great job, and left my propert clean. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

I had my roof replaced by Moss Roofing Houston this past week with the help from their representative Josh Witt. They did a great job on the replacement. Josh was extremely helpful in assisting me on the roof claim with my insurance company and was very knowledgeable. He helped me to provide accurate hail damage date to the insurance company and coordinate with insurance on the inspection. During the roof installation, Josh was quick and very responsive in addressing any issues that arose. He was thorough in following up on the details and I am very satisfied with the roof replacement by Moss!

Brian Townson did a great job of navigating me through my roof replacement. He communicated well through appointments and was on time for appointments. Although my insurance company originally declined my claim, Brian fought on my behalf & we eventually got the insurance to cover the replacement. I was pleased with the the service & the team of roofers that worked on my roof.

I worked with Brian Townson from Moss roofing. He was probably the 8th contractor that came to my door and promised he could get my claim pushed through. Everyone else gave up after the claim(s) were denied. Brian is the only one that kept his word and followed through. It was the same with two of my neighbors. Moss roofing did an excellent job with the roof and they have a customer-focused approach through teammates like Brian.
It means so much to hear how Brian stood by you and followed through when others didn’t! We’re especially glad Brian kept his word, stayed with you through the process, and helped get your claim across the finish line. Being customer obsessed means putting our homeowners first, while taking ownership in all things means following through and standing by our word.
