It’s always a little stressful hiring plumbers, cause you never know what you’re going to get. This company was upfront, incredible communication, talked us through the issues, gave us visuals and gave us post-visit upkeep instructions. Ben was courteous, super clean with his work. I will definitely recommend them. going forward. They were great!

We had 2 toilets where the tanks wouldn't fill properly and a shower head with less-than desired pressure. After an assessment, a very competitive price, we authorized the work. Grant, our technician, was right on time, kind, courteous and professional and we were very pleased with how thoroughly he completed the repair, left our home spotless and offered advice should we need future repairs. While it was easy to spot how he might have taken shortcuts, he really took the time to make sure his work would last and feel really good about Grant's friendly approach and quality of work. We not anxious to need a plumber again soon - but if we do, we'll put in a call to Mom and ask for Grant again.

Krista did a great job replacing the water lines for my water heater that were original and starting to fail. She also updated the gas lines to code. It was a super tight fit, but she was able to quickly tackle the job.

Matthew and his assistant did a great job trying to find our leak. They came out yesterday within an hour of me contacting the company about a potential slab leak. They set up a leak test for today and came when they said they would come. They weren't able to find the leak and because of that didn't charge us anything even though they spent 2 hours trying to find the leak. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of our space. They gave us advice and talked us through next steps so we could come up with a plan to find the leak. We appreciate their service and effort and will reach out again once the leak makes itself apparent.

I called Mother Modern Plumbing for a second opinion on a sewer leak after another plumber came out after a foundation repair that we had. Ben Wallace was the first plumber that we met. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. He was extremely thorough in his assessment of detecting the leak. We also worked with another plumber, Adam Diaz, who was equally delightful to work with. He was also very thorough and extremely knowledgeable . They were both so patient, down to earth, and just all around nice guys. We had a lot of questions and they were more happy to answer all of them. Danny who worked with the excavation crew was also wonderful to work with. Everyone that came to my house was so respectful to try and keep the house as clean as possible given the work that was being done. I was pleased with the work. I joined their yearly membership which saved money. I would recommend Mother Modern Plumbing. Thanks again to everyone!

Joe is the kind of Professional we needed to find a perplexing water leak. He was thorough and patient, communicated clearly and didn't "overpromise". This mystery took time to uncover but his methods resulted in the leak being discovered using non-invasive tools. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

From the time Tyler walked through our door and listened as we described our problem he immediately steered us in the right direction of no broken or separated pipe under the slab. By pulling the toilet the problem was very obvious. A repair made 23 years ago incorrectly left the toilet flange above the floor eventually breaking the flange and creating a leak that cause our fly infestation. He gave us numerous options and scheduled their service tech to make the needed repair.
Adam Diaz has a great personality and explained how the repair would be made. The bathroom was spotless afterwards considering he had to chip out concrete and tile to replace the flange. The photos he provided after the repair showed us it was done properly and by code.
The cost was right in line with what Tyler quoted and very reasonable for the amount of work. We highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing, Sewer and Drain and were thrilled that they are a dedicated plumbing company, not a "we do it all" company. They will be our first call on any future plumbing needs.
