Maybe this place is good, I won’t be giving any of my money to them. I wasted an hour of my time preparing and driving out to this place. I was 15 minutes late, (got lost, drove past had to turn around) that is on me. When I walked in I could already feel attitude from the front desk. I already felt bad I was late. I was told when I made the appointment that it would be an hour long. The appointment would be going over goals and expectations. I would totally understand if I had to pay a late fee and 45 minutes should be plenty of time to talk. I don’t have a lot that needs to be done. If that hour had actually been opened up for me as I was told then it makes zero sense that he would suddenly have no time. I’d be the one losing out on a bit of time and the doctor would still get paid the same. Without even letting the doctor know I was there, I was told the appointment was now canceled. I feel it’s also important that people know I did not receive a single phone call to ask if I was on my way or to tell me if I wasn’t there soon that they would cancel the appointment entirely. I had my phone plugged into my car the entire drive and nobody tried to get ahold of me. There’s nothing worse than being treated with disrespect. I’m happy to go elsewhere!

Early last year I went to Wyatt Hayes at Mountain Land Physical Therapy for a wrist injury, and he was amazing! He was compassionate, relatable, friendly, and helped get my wrist working again, then later in the year I got a concussion and went back to Wyatt for post concussion physical therapy, and again, he was amazing! I could tell that he cared about me and harming me recover.

I have been going to Mountain Land Physical for about three months know. To help me getting stronger from left foot Achilles tendon surgery. The staff are amazing. Every time I come, they greet me with a smile and by my name. They laugh with me and talk to me when I do my exercises steps. They even put country music on for me. I am so grateful for everyone and the patience they had with me. I am so sad to be leaving. Thank you again for helping to recover for foot surgery and making laugh. You are the best.

These past few months have been very stressful and painful for my shoulder recovery. The staff and my Physical Therapist were AMAZING, they made everything much easier for me. Today was my last day, I feel much better than I did months ago. If I have any problems in the future that require physical therapy I’ll definitely go back to them!
