I took my son in for an appointment for an ear infection because he kept pulling on his right ear and was not a pleasant child that whole day. They made us stay in the car to begin with and acted like they didn’t know what to do. They finally bring us inside, insisted that I wore a mask and tried to make my already unhappy child wear one, too. The doctor saw my child tug on his ear and commented on it but I was told by the doctor that he didn’t feel comfortable giving him an antibiotic because his ears didn’t seem bad enough. Well guess what, we were in the ER afterwards with my child and was confirmed he had a DOUBLE ear infection. I will not be coming back to this clinic ever again!

Besides Alex Childs medical assistant calling me a “such a baby” on the phone while I was asking about my referral to be checked for cancer… I’ve had a lot of great service here besides this persons bad day..

I had never been here before, it was my first visit. It was so easy to schedule, get the appointment done, everything. Each person, the receptionists, medical assistants, doctor, we're SO GREAT. So kind, so respectful. So clear and communicative. They all did such a good job. I am really picky about my Healthcare and I will defintely be going here next time. Everything was just above and beyond. I left with all of my questions answered, all of my needs met and more, and just thinking, wow...that was easy!
