Service was not done. Technician just left after showing up but did not perform any service at all in our backyard or front and sides of the house.
James at Moxie provided a thorough quarterly treatment. I like that I get confirmation of my appointments and when they will be at our home so I know to keep my dog inside. It also gives me a chance to check their work since I’m usually not home when the service is being done. I’d recommend Moxie, they do good work.

We just had a routine service with Kevin from Moxie . Kevin is great . He took the time to explain thoroughly what he did . He replaced the bait from 4 out of 6 boxes which showed activities on rats, refilled bucket for mosquitoes. Power spay the insects on the lawn. Clean the webs from the eaves . We are very with Kevin & can’t wait to see the results.

The inspection and quality service was awesome!
Had our first home pest control and I am very happy with the professionalism and how everything was electronic and easy. We will be treating for mosquito monthly and quarter for the rest of the pests. Will update review as we go but so far so good.

Ollie was extremely polite to both my wife and I. It’s nice to ask to have something taken care of and it was met with a resounding “sure, I can take care of that”. Way different than our last company. When we asked for the same things as we did with Ollie, we got a completely different response. Moxie is the best.

George and another gentleman was at my house on May 29th. After they left I went into my backyard and they had left 3 of my gates open so my dog could have gotten out had I not gone outside. That is unacceptable in my eyes.

He went above and beyond helping me get rid of the areas where the ants have been. He also explained to me how the ant boxes work, and the work he did in the rat bait boxes. On top of that he was friendly and kind.

The technician spoke with us at start. When we asked for traps in the garage (another high rodent activity area) he stated that he ran out of traps. He was not able to leave any additional glue boards to switch out if something is caught. Didn't check back with her before he left to make sure there weren't additional entry points missed.
