Today we had Nikolas Stow service our home. He was great and will get us additional sticky mice traps delivered to our house. He was so professional discussing our issues with both me and my husband! Thank you Nikolas!
He was great and his service was perfect!
Great job. Very friendly and proficient.
Always does a great job thanks
Your representative was efficient. We are in agreement that all future services should include the eradication of the white flies.
The service was performed quickly. Technicians were courteous and explained what treatment was performed and if we had any questions.
Moxie is reasonably priced. Techs are usually friendly, but not the brightest - always have to make sure they close my side yard gates (which are always closed when they arrive) so my dogs don't get out. Good deal for the price but don't expect miracles; they did not solve our rodent problem, but preventing termites…
Our technician, Andrew, explained the services he was going to perform, and was very efficient in executing them! After he was done, he explained what he had done, and the pests that they were aiming to eliminate. He also asked if I had any other questions or areas that needed treating! Great service!
The Tech was very courteous and did an excellent job.

This is the 3rd pest control service provider I have used, and Moxie is the charm. Michael Battani, the technician, and another fellow, were super friendly and spent almost 2 hours thoroughly knocking down webs, spraying, and spreading granules. Moxie will come back and provide service whenever an issue crops up, Happy!
Walked my property with me and answered all my questions. Was very keen to solve my ant problem.
Misnamed company. Classic overpromise and underperform. I was a 7 year customer. Never greatly satisfied as a different technician arrives every time who always had to be told not to spray my fruit trees and vegetables. But I soldiered on. In summer of 2021, they completely messed up a flea issue. Terrible…
Nathan came to perform the initial visit. He was professional and performed the service as requested. He answered any questions I had. Nathan was the best !
The technicians are always so nice and accommodating. Very happy with Moxie!

Bryce is my absolute favorite angel. He is so attentive to me, and is very helpful and kind. I only want him taking care of my pest control issues. He is the best guy you've got. I have seen a few of your guys, he is 200% the best one. Thank you Bryce. Margaret Boag 3082 Ceylon Road, Costa Mesa.

First time experience. Justin was very professional. Looking forward to seeing the results.
Nathan, was the young man who introduced himself before he started the service (but the receipt says techs name is William (Joe) perry) Im putting that in because I just want to make sure the right person gets the credit for the review. The gentleman that originally came to the door to explain what Moxie Pest…
I have to say that the gentlemen that came to the door to sell your product did was very knowledge and polite. I am sorry I don't remember his name. Nathan came and did my first visit. Justin removed all the webs around the house and sprayed pest poison around the complete perimeter of the foundation. He is a very courteous young man and seems to take his job seriously. Very respectful.
I have been using Moxie for quite a few years now, I just don't have time to review frequently. all their technicians are professional, polite and efficient. Sometimes I ask for a little extra attention, and they are always respectful and have knowledgeable answers to my questions.
I was greeted with a friendly smile by Moxie’s pest control specialist. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable about their product and the services he was going to do and what effects I would expect. He had such a pleasant personality and I was very pleased with his thoroughness in performing the deep cleaning throughout the house.
Nathan was incredible respectful, charming and excellent. He spoke with a very good knowledge of our problem and it was wonderful having him. I will always request him in the future. Thank you Nathan.
Alex set me up on Friday, and Saturday Nathan came by and did a great job on my house. He explained the process well and I felt confident after the service that all my pest issues will be gone. And that my animals are safe from the spray.

We had Bryce Overland service our home today. Super friendly, efficient, and thorough. Thanks Bryce and Moxie!
arrived at appointed time, wore booties, wore face mask, performed work thoroughly, pleasant attitude
Very thorough. Thank you
Usually the technician spends a good amount of time cleaning away spider webs from eaves and block wall. This time he casually swung his duster around. Not as thorough as past technicians.
I just arrived home as he finished, so only spoke to him for a few seconds. He appeared to be similar to all the other Moxie people who have serviced my property, friendly, knowledgeable, and someone I would talk to and spend time with if i had been around. I’m happy with Moxie’s service. My yard is free of the…
Excellent, non toxic products except for mosquito treatment. Always courteous, professional, polite. I was particularly impressed with the technician, Terry. Very knowledgeable, professional and who recommended some changes based on his observations. Outstanding! Obviously he cares about his profession and his customers.
David Fuentes did a great job servicing our property today. He was very thorough and courteous. Thanks David and Moxie!
We had been “battling” with ants inside and outside of our home for nine weeks. We used Ortho Home Defense, ant traps and granules. None of them worked. The ants got the best of us! ☹️ I called Moxie and Gary came to our home. He explained the cause of the ant problem and why the products we used weren’t…
Always great service!
Bryce is the best. Thank you for doing a great job
Gary Sullivan was very professional & Very efficient & accomodating. Always Great service.
Edit: Moxie came back and sprayed and continued to check progress with excellent customer service. I appreciate the opportunity to reevaluate them.

We've only just had our initial service, but it was more thorough than any other company I've used in the past. Jorge spent about an hour at the house. He completely swept the entire outside of the house and all patio furniture and bushes for spider webs before spraying. He also got rid of a very active wasp…
Lance Higgins was friendly, precise, and great! Definitely would recommend him and hope that I get him on the next quarterly visit! Went above and beyond to make us happy! Thanks Lance!

Moxie has the best customer service reps and the best pest control techs! Thanks Moxie for keeping my home bug free!!!
Our technician Andrew was super responsive to my concerns and listened patiently to my stories of bugs and spiders around my home. I felt 100% confident that he would do everything he could to start the process of ridding my home of these buggers! I would be greatful to have him back each quarter to keep my home bug/spider free!
Everyone at Moxie has been great! Lots of communication and my ants are gone! Terry was out yesterday, perhaps the hottest day of the year in Mission Viejo, and did the full service, even addressing the gophers! Excellent, would recommend if you are looking for pest services.
Overall very helpful, get the job done!!
Joe Perry was great. Very friendly, professional and enjoys his job. He sings while he works. Enjoyed him.
Shawn was the best technician we have had! We would like him to always be the one doing our service. He even took his time to help my daughter lift something heavy in our backyard!
Moxie is great! All of their people are polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
