Is Moxie Pest Control any good?

I am sure he was great. This is one of our rentals, so I am not there to give a good evaluation.

Moxie is reasonably priced. Techs are usually friendly, but not the brightest - always have to make sure they close my side yard gates (which are always closed when they arrive) so my dogs don't get out. Good deal for the price but don't expect miracles; they did not solve our rodent problem, but preventing termites…

Our technician, Andrew, explained the services he was going to perform, and was very efficient in executing them! After he was done, he explained what he had done, and the pests that they were aiming to eliminate. He also asked if I had any other questions or areas that needed treating! Great service!
