Edwin did a complete and thorough job today. And answered my questions re: rodent control.
Service was not done. Technician just left after showing up but did not perform any service at all in our backyard or front and sides of the house.
James at Moxie provided a thorough quarterly treatment. I like that I get confirmation of my appointments and when they will be at our home so I know to keep my dog inside. It also gives me a chance to check their work since I’m usually not home when the service is being done. I’d recommend Moxie, they do good work.
Kai is friendly, knowledgeable, aware of our needs & wants, & is very professional. I have always been hesitant to use any pest control service. But the home I recently bought. Was built in the 1980’s and sat empty for quite some time (years). It had had rats in the garage and a mouse nest in the attic when I moved in. The yard had LOTS of spiders, lizards and other critters that i did not want…

Great service and very thorough.
Still have multiple webs around fire pit area and jacuzzi more spider webs going to the house
Ollie was extremely polite to both my wife and I. It’s nice to ask to have something taken care of and it was met with a resounding “sure, I can take care of that”. Way different than our last company. When we asked for the same things as we did with Ollie, we got a completely different response. Moxie is the best.
Very professional and efficient! Knew his job and kept the owner well informed as his work progressed. I have contracted with Moxie several years now and am pleased to continue to do so.

Joe, did an excellent job listening to my requests. He did everything he told me he would do and reviewed his work with me before he left. I was very happy with his service.
Completely took care of my outside pest control including the rodent boxes. Spent good time taking care of the service.
George and another gentleman was at my house on May 29th. After they left I went into my backyard and they had left 3 of my gates open so my dog could have gotten out had I not gone outside. That is unacceptable in my eyes.
Professional and thorough
Sean did a great job today! Deserves a Holiday Bonus!
They are very responsive when asked to repeat a missed treatment, ( because I forgot to leave my gate unlocked.) Seem very thorough, too. Have used them 3 years and have very fewbug issues.

James Bertuccini was a friendly and knowledgeable technician. I appreciated his very positive attitude!
I don't normally review the technicians individually because all the technicians I have met have been extremely nice, courteous and have all done a great job!
He went above and beyond helping me get rid of the areas where the ants have been. He also explained to me how the ant boxes work, and the work he did in the rat bait boxes. On top of that he was friendly and kind.
Aldo was great today. We had him spray the upstairs outside deck and the garage. He didn't complain and was very cordial and agreed to do as requested. Very nice gentleman. Courteous.
Oliver, the technician, did a great job!
The technician was quick And thorough. I barely noticed him. I wish I had had time to tell him about the infestation of biting Moss Gnats that we have inside and outside the house. They have been driving the neighborhood crazy. We have had no ants inside the house for the past two months. Yay! Thank you for that. If…
The technician spoke with us at start. When we asked for traps in the garage (another high rodent activity area) he stated that he ran out of traps. He was not able to leave any additional glue boards to switch out if something is caught. Didn't check back with her before he left to make sure there weren't additional entry points missed.
Professional and knowledgeable
Excellent service and always consistent. We appreciate the call and text reminders
Perfect. Very happy with Ivan. Professional and courteous. Completed all service I asked for. Great job.
Kai did an excellent job explaining the treatment. He is competent and friendly.
Christopher did his job well.
I have been using Moxie Pest Control for a couple of years. We have a large backyard and the previous bug company never got the job done. Not only does Moxie get the job done they also knock down all the spider webs on our overhead and patio furniture. They also threw in some rat traps for free because we have a lot…

When the Moxie technician (Marco) arrived I pointed out the primary issue we have with spiders and he inspected our front and back yards and the garage interior before beginning his work. We've been clients of Moxie for several years now. They do an excellent job getting rid of all kinds of bugs..All their representatives are professional and thorough. We would highly, highly recommend them. Thank you for your outstanding service.
Moxie is reasonably priced. Techs are usually friendly, but not the brightest - always have to make sure they close my side yard gates (which are always closed when they arrive) so my dogs don't get out. Good deal for the price but don't expect miracles; they did not solve our rodent problem, but preventing termites…
Excellent service, on time, very friendly, professional technician.
Andrew is the best. He handled the dead rat and calmed my fears about more of them
Stephen was excellent. Very friendly, respectful of the property and thorough. Moxie is the best!

While being a customer of Moxie, for sometime, I really appreciate the way that they communicate frequently with regards to the appointments and not unnecessarily outside of that. Each employee that has serviced our property has been equally kind and efficient. This is the comment I left for their company after our…

Thank you Jacob for your service !!!! Very professional !!!!! a pleasure to have you service our home!!! Jacob Autenrieb reviewed all activity with me. very nice young man!!!
Moxie pretends to care at first. After you hire them though they start raising prices on you without any notice as well as give you worse customer service. Their customer service department is very impersonal and rude. I would stay away from Moxie Pest Control completely.
Moxie is so easy to work with. First sight of a problem and they are on it with solutions and knowledgeable representatives. Highly recommend them and we are grateful for their help in keeping our property pest free!
The technicians from Moxie Pest Control have all been prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We are pest free!
Each of the technicians I’ve had over the past three years Have been personable and work extra hard to please us. told me all that they did and why, on time {free extra work} on time. I cannot say enough about this company! Noah came to our door and was incredible. Such a great guy and very trustworthy. We signed up immediately and are so glad we did! Nathan performed our service for us and he was amazing as well! Highly recommend this company!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. These people will tell you one thing and make you sign up to something else. Worst kind of business. LIARS! Would have given 0 starts if that was an option.
Justin from Moxi was very professional & helpful. Very happy with my service.
Nathan, was the young man who introduced himself before he started the service (but the receipt says techs name is William (Joe) perry) Im putting that in because I just want to make sure the right person gets the credit for the review. The gentleman that originally came to the door to explain what Moxie Pest…

Nathan was the best.
Michael Smith performed an above-standard service of pest control throughout the perimeter of my house. He provided a detailed explanation with each service, and was very courteous and professional. Years ago I had previously used Moxie and was happy with their service until they transitioned to another company, so I’m glad they are back!
The start up service was great
Hayden was their door to door sales rep. I have the utmost respect for anyone who takes on door to door sales. Hayden was polite, persistent but also informative. I just arrived home as he finished, so only spoke to him for a few seconds. He appeared to be similar to all the other Moxie people who have serviced my property, friendly, knowledgeable, and someone I would talk to and spend time with if i had been around. I’m happy with Moxie’s service. My yard is free of the…
Excellent, non toxic products except for mosquito treatment. Always courteous, professional, polite. I was particularly impressed with the technician, Terry. Very knowledgeable, professional and who recommended some changes based on his observations. Outstanding! Obviously he cares about his profession and his customers.
We really want to thank the technician that came out to service our home. He with out any hesitation, put our packages that accumulated while we were gone up to the porch area from the sidewalk outside the gate. What he did was put our packages out of site from the street so it wouldn't be taken by thieves. So…
Moxie promised to reduce the amount of spiders we have coming into our home and on the outside of our home. I had them come out and showed them what to do and where to spray, they did less than half of what I asked. I called the next month and asked that they come and re-service as we still had over 15 spiders…

He was timely; very courteous and polite. Explained the process, the expectant results and to call if needed. He is a Marine Veteran and we had a good conversation which I appreciated. Please give him the tip - and then some - he earned it! Gary Mucho, USAF (Ret) Combat Veteran (Vietnam & Cambodia)
The first appointment went fine when i signed up for a year contract and paid. BUT the company is set up to getting people hooked the first time, then they don’t care. They give half off the first appointment, and if you later cancel the yearly contract you have to pay back the 2nd half. So, when the service quality…
