He replaced the bait from 4 out of 6 boxes which showed activities on rats, refilled bucket for mosquitoes. Power spay the insects on the lawn. Clean the webs from the eaves . George and another gentleman was at my house on May 29th. After they left I went into my backyard and they had left 3 of my gates open so my dog could have gotten out had I not gone outside. That is unacceptable in my eyes.

The technician spoke with us at start. When we asked for traps in the garage (another high rodent activity area) he stated that he ran out of traps. He was not able to leave any additional glue boards to switch out if something is caught. Didn't check back with her before he left to make sure there weren't additional entry points missed.

Techs are usually friendly, but not the brightest - always have to make sure they close my side yard gates (which are always closed when they arrive) so my dogs don't get out.
