I am very disappointed with them because they told me that whenever I am ready for my vacation to the Philippines, I should let them know so they could help me with the international health certificate. Now they suddenly told me they will not do it and that I have to find another clinic. Most clinics don't do it if you are not already established with them. If I had known Moyers would do this to me, I should not have brought my dogs and established care with them to begin with, and now it is more stressful because most other clinics won't do it since I am not a regular client.

. I'm retired but we will get there. Animals cannot tell you how they feel but if you look they show it. I get the help I need from these folks.
