Called Mr. A for Thermador dishwasher error message saying no water connection. Adam was terrific and figured out that it needed to be run through complete cycle. I had a separate call on the GE refrigerator not making ice and internal water no coming out. He quickly opened up and checked all the parts the filter and the refrigeration area. Adam informed me an enormous amount all the appliance makers and those in specific countries and issues with those machines. Terrific. The second visit he brought the new filter assembly and it is making ice and water is coming out perfectly. And I know to replace the filter every 6 months.

I received an invoice from this company that I think is a scam. I tried calling them to ask them about it, but impossible to reach them. Their system was hacked and they are being responsible not informing former customers about this cybersecurity/data breach.
