Amazing work, amazing crew! Beautiful job!
We had a conversion done to our home that included a full bathroom and ramp on the exterior. Everything external was redone..new windows, deck, doors, siding and gutters.
Our home looks absolutely beautiful! The pricing was very good and so was communication. We appreciated the collaboration and input as well!
We would absolutely recommend Mr. Contractor to homeowners looking for quality work, done right.

A customer should pay for only what is done. Dont make a contract with a customer stating the job descriptions which is going to be done but corners are cutted around. Oh and the free estimate yea right 200 dollars because it was written estimate. Go to yelp and you will see the photos on the review im not trying to be a pain on the $#&& but what is right is right my service was not done complete you could see that pillar is not done it’s half way done ,look at the pictures. Just like when you go to a restaurant and pay for a dinner you should get what you pay for. I waited 2 months to get this job done, i understand sometimes work is back up it was not a problem the day that yall show up no notice before to confirm. But its fine with me i just wanna my porch fix ,what was on the contract and the 2 extra pillars it was no problem which i pay but the one on the first contract which it was 2 pillars only one got done the other one got half way done .a new window in the basement and the wall plaster with cement but the window sides where not done properly.Do it right and the worse no permit’s from the city of Philadelphia.

UPDATE May 26th/2022: This complaint was from 3 YEARS AGO. We replied 3 YEARS AGO. We have not heard from the client since our response to the review. We still offer for the client to call our office to discuss. Also, if permits were required then permits would have been pulled. We are reputable company with many many 4-5 star reviews by completely satisfied customers. We find it odd that this negative review found its way to be re-posted after 3 years.Again, the client can call our office and we would be more than happy to discuss. We would prefer to speak with this client via phone and not discuss their particulars on a public forum. But if forced to, then we will.

It's always disheartening to see such a negative review among so many great reviews. We have looked into the situation. Yes we do charge a fee for written estimates, verbals are free but written estimates there is a fee which you were informed of upon your initial call. You hired us to do your work and the fee was deducted off the contract so you did receive your money back for that. You contracted us to remove 2 wood columns and replaced them with 2 new brick columns which we did. We do not wish to go into great detail about your contract on a public forum. We are sorry you feel that this is the best way to go about airing your grievances . You can call our office to discuss the particulars, which we have explained to you before.
UPDATE: This person wrote a review that barely makes sense. Not only is it hard to read, but there was many accusations being made. Then he refers to photos and another review he made by referencing YELP? We are confused as to what that has to do with Google and his experience. The work that was done did not require a permit. If it did require a permit, we would have no problem pulling it and the homeowner would pay for the permit. This person waited 3 years later to post this review and make these allegations. If you look at other reviews they make on Google, most are negative and poorly written with vulgar comments. Please remove this review.
The Mr. Contractor has done several jobs for my family over the past few years. Each jobs has been managed and completed in a timely manner. They answer all of my questions and resolved the few issues courteously and without complaint.

I hired Mr. Contractor Inc. to do some work on the back of my home this week. I could not be more pleased with the results. They did an exceptional job from start to finish. They were a great team.
Steve wrote the contract and I was impressed how detailed it was. He also answered the calls and made sure everything was running smoothly. He was available for questions and unexpected additional requests. Steve was a pleasure to work. with.
And then there was Bill. He was incredibly detail-oriented. He took the time to pay attention to even the smallest details. His work reflects genuine pride in what he does, and it showed in his craftsmanship.
Bill’s assistant was Dave. Dave was constantly moving as he was cleaning, getting supplies and working inside the house. He was definitely on a mission 😂
