I was able to schedule an appointment same day. Reed showed up within 2 hours of calling to find an appointment. I have a project scheduled for some trim and paint in a week. So I needed a quick response to relocate an existing junction box that would conflict with my project. Price was fair and service was efficient and complete. I’d gladly have them back for future minor electrical work in my home.

Service was excellent. Ridiculously expensive. I cannot recommend because charging 400 dollars for 40 minute outlet replacement is simply not right.

Dwayne arrived when we expected and throughly assessed our issue. He was able to fix our issue same day and also located another issue which was also repaired. He was polite and clearly explained what needed to be done.

Reed and Oscar were pleasant and professional. They did a whole-house electrical inspection that turned up a number of issues in addition to the one I called about, and some of which I was not aware. I now have a good idea of the electrical issues in my house and what it will cost to fix them, and there was no charge for the inspection.
They fixed the sketchy wiring for the overhead light in my living room efficiently and left me feeling confident in their work.
I live in Chapel Hill, and I had made the appointment online the day before for 1 - 4 p.m. They showed up right around 1 p.m. which was great because I didn’t have to spend the whole afternoon waiting.
I highly recommend Mr Electric.

When we declined their up-sell they overcharged us for a relatively small task. They spent most of the time they were here inspecting the house looking for other things they could sell us.

Josh did excellent work. Replaced old fluorescent lights with new led tubes. He made sure all systems were received to use the new led tubes.
