This is our first time with the Mr. Electric company. The electrician Josh Rogan was very polite, friendly, and extremely professional and efficient. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and offered a variety of options. He didn’t force his solutions on us and was very attentive to our needs. He fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently. My significant other has tried to schedule an appointment. Maybe the technicians are good but we had a bad impression with the incompetence of a 19 year old woman acting like a 12 year old girl. She didn’t radiate confidence in regards to the company. She Even said to my significant other in span. well is good I sound like 12 because porque I’m actually 19. Terrible front desk terrible 19 year old unprofessional conduct. Please go somewhere else.

Mr. Josh and Mr. Charles did excellent work and they were very informative and made sure all work was thorough and even called plumbers to make sure all work aligned for us. A1 work!
