Juan and Fernando Were exceptionally amazing. They inspected the house and properly explained what they found in detail and cared about my safety based on their recommendations.

Our service tech Zak Grey did a great job. On time very friendly/ respectful. Took the time to fully understand the issues, provided upfront estimate, Explained how he was going to proceed, asked if there were any other questions or fixes needed, cleaned the work area and the problems were corrected.

Zach did a wonderful job replacing all the outlets and switches throughout my whole house along with 3 light fixtures and a breaker that was hanging on by a thread. Excellent communication and fair pricing. Definitely worth the value!!!! It took him the entire day, but he kept a good attitude throughout and made sure I was happy with the work at the end of the day! I'll definitely be calling Zach from Mr. Electric out for my next project.

Robert was exceptional, friendly and patient. He explained everything as he was going about installing a chandelier, which I loved, was very knowledgeable and would use him again.

They were our "go to" company for electric service/repair for years. As of today, no more.
We scheduled a tech on 3 separate occasions for the same job. They use 4 hour windows and they were going to exceed each window to the point that we had to cancel the first two times. So, I scheduled one more time(the 3rd) but demanded a tighter window. They gave us an 8 to 9 am one hour window. We set up our day's schedule around that window.
Sure enough, at 8:30, we get a call from the office to tell us their tech was just leaving the house and wouldn't be here for at least another hour. I fired them. Enough is enough. We've planned our day around their schedule on three separate occasions. No more.
We'll do business with a company that gives a rip about us and our schedule. Mr. Electric is not the only electric service company and we advise that folks needing electric service/repair look elsewhere.
