The technician Wade was the only person that was successful in resolving the electrical issue with my hot tub. He was the fourth person that had attempted to fix issue while all others failed he found a way. Highly recommend.

We hired Mr. Electric for a smoke alarm issue. The responded quickly. The serviceman, Robert called when he was on the way (within the scheduled timeframe!),and the company texted his photo so we could be confident that everything was on the up and up. Robert got right to work and took care of the issue in less than an hour—-all while discussing what he was doing in a professional and courteous manner. The price was quoted ahead and was quite fair. I will certainly call Mr. Electric for our future electrical needs, and I recommend them highly!

Exceptional service from Mr. Electric of Tampa Bay! I called at 5:30 AM, and their phone assistant was interactive and easy to work with even at that hour. The electrician arrived swiftly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained it clearly. He put safety first by turning off all the switches before working, and he spoke directly with the TECO rep to make sure the problem was fully resolved. Professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!

Wade was wonderful — friendly, thorough, and just a genuinely great person. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. That said, $297 for a diagnostic visit just to check whether the issue was electrical felt overpriced to us. Great technician, but the pricing gave me pause.
