We used Mike to clean our tile and grout. Tile was cleaned but no improvement to the grout, which was our main concern. They did the "test" spot show on the grout and said it will lighten after it dried but looked no better at all, some areas looked worse. Spent a lot of money for nothing.
Wow! Almost don’t want to walk on my floors anymore. They look better than when they were installed 10 years ago. Highly recommend Mike and Issac for any Tile cleaning services.
They did my mother in laws house, looks good as new- will use them again
Mike did an outstanding job cleaning my tile floors. The difference was unbelievable — the tiles and grout looked almost brand new when he finished. He was professional, arrived on time, worked hard, and paid attention to every detail. The entire area was left spotless, and the results exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for someone reliable this is the company
This is out first home in florida and we did not know grout can be looking new again from cleaning, they did a test spot before doing the rest of the home. Very satisfied, nice job guys!
These guys did a great job with my grout. They were able to fit me in at short notice before furniture came in, and what a difference, exceeded our expectations!
We hired Mike to clean the tile in our newly purchased home. When I called Mike I explained the age of the tile to him and suspected the tile work hadn’t been professionally cleaned. I asked about the process and he referred me to his video on his website, which I did watch after hanging up. The video set a high expectation. When Mike came out he explained he would do a “test spot” and proceed w the cleaning. We stopped in during the cleaning and Mike commented that the tile would brighten after it was done drying, we really wanted to believe his words as we weren’t impressed w the presentation of the tile after the work had been done. Two days went by and some areas did not brighten, we put a phone call into Mike to ask what could be done. He explained that a brightener could be applied for the more difficult areas at an additional cost. We chose not to hire Mike for this as we believe if he had the knowledge and professionalism he would’ve communicated this from the start instead setting an unachievable expectation to get the grout clean and bright from only the initial cleaning. Test spots should be done in trouble areas and communicated w the customer about how realistic the outcome will be. Don’t price a job, fall short and then try to upsell. Furthermore acid was left on the tile to burn our hands when we tried to clean it further our self. I would chalk this up to an expensive mop job. I don’t believe his reviews.
Mike and his team did an amazing job cleaning our tile floors. They are reliable, professional, and extremely hard working. Everything looks fantastic and brand new, thank you!! (Side by side photo below - absolutely stunning, what a difference!).
