All went along pretty well. The technician was here on time and got right to work. after he saw what parts were needed, he went out and got them with no problem, and started to put everything up pretty quickly. He then ran into a problem where one of the pieces did not work, so we had to go out again repeat and rinse.
When he got back this time, everything went together well, and I am now enjoying my new track light. This is my second experience with Mr. handyman of South Essex County, and they have been terrific. They have my recommendation.

What are you getting with Mr Handyman? In my experience, so much more than the fundamental work! From onsite technician to home base support staff, it was the 3 "C's" for me: Conscientious, Capable and Considerate. From customer service and attention to customer experience to matching the technician's skills to my particular needs, the whole team worked together seamlessly. I tried my hand at replacing window screens and within minutes had made the situation worse and understood it was well beyond me. Philip set me straight and did the work with skill I could not even dream of having. So what did I get with Mr Handyman? Confidence in a job well-done!
