Customers frequently cite punctuality, friendly communication, and the ability to handle complex lock repairs or rekeying jobs as key strengths of the service. The business offers same-day appointments and is noted for providing professional work on residential and commercial locks. However, some reviewers criticize the pricing structure, alleging that initial quotes did not account for additional fees or that costs were higher than expected once on-site issues were identified.
