Nice wash, but not enough places to park and vacuum vehicles. Went yesterday. The vacuums are awful. Better off vacuuming at home if you have a shop vac.

Easy to navigate and great service! I appreciated the communication on each service. It didn't feel like I was talking to a robot with a script, like most workers tend to fall into, but a genuine conversation about the services offered along with fully answered questions. Great crew!

Very disappointing customer service experience. I contacted Mr. Magic because most of the vacuums at the Brentwood location have been out of service for several months. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just whether the issue was being addressed.
Customer Care repeatedly told me they don’t provide customers with maintenance schedules. I clarified that I wasn’t asking for their maintenance schedule and simply asked that my concern be escalated to fix the vaccums. Instead of escalating it, they continued arguing that asking whether the vacuums were going to be repaired amounted to requesting a maintenance schedule.
The broken vacuums were frustrating, but the way the concern was handled is ultimately what caused me to reconsider my membership. A simple acknowledgment, escalation to management, or reassurance that the issue was being addressed would have gone a long way.
After being a paying member, I expected better customer service.

Nice place to go to for a quick car wash, if your a car guy and you don't trust other car washes with they're brushes that scratch or scrape your paint this is one to go to. Ask for Peyton if you need any help, he got me right
