Lisa, we have not, and will not, set off fireworks on our property and have no evidence to support your allegation. What we do have documented are multiple instances of you coming on site to yell at, swear at, and harass our employees. I’m not someone who even usually goes to the car wash so I just picked randomly on my route and I must say I will be going back to this car wash. They were helpful and professional. The manager Joe (I think was his name) greeted me and was kind and helpful. He even helped me find a new feature on my new vehicle I had no idea existed! So now I may have to go back next week. Definitely recommend this car wash.
