My very first experience with this company is ten star! Right from the start, speaking with the office personnel, courteous, friendly, and professional offering an easy and quick appointment day set up, with a two hour window arrival time, to the text appointment reminder to me with the name and picture of arriving rep, and his call to me prior to his arrival time, all speaks professional even before he arrived! Ryan was great! Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional a real pleasure to speak with and never once made me feel he was in a hurry or tired of all my questions and I had plenty! He was kind and very patient taking the time as he did a thorough walk through of my basement pin pointing to all the areas of concern explaining the issues at hand and answering all my questions giving me excellent guidance of exactly what would be accomplished by the work performed from beginning to end. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and very helpful. My quote for the job was given immediately after the inspection once Ryan had left which I appreciated as well. This is a ten star company for sure! My daughter had them to her home for attic mold issue in Jan and was very happy with the results! Thank you.

The crew that came out was polite, quick and efficient. They also walked me through what we were looking at when they removed pieces of my drywall. After, they cleaned up the mess and even wiped down the floor! Very impressed with Mr. Mold from start to finish.

As executor of my Dads estate, I was caught off guard when a real estate representative found mold during an inspection. She recommended Mr Mold. We had two companies come out to quote, and they were close to the same $$. Mr Mold showed me more places where mold was growing than the other company and was more thorough in general. Im happy I went with Joel at MrMold....I'd hate to risk loosing a sale of the house because of undiscovered mold. My thanks to Joel and Kenny and their polite , hard working crew.

I paid the invoice for the deposit. It came out of my account. About 15 minutes later it came out again. I called them and told that someone else called and it happened to them too. They don't have the credit card information and nothing they can do about it. They are at the mercy of the company they use to process the payments and it should drop off my account because they show one payment. I asked who can do something about it? Obviously this is an issue that needs to be addressed. I was told they can refund the money and would have to cancel my appointment! How is it OK that they feel it is ok for someone to wait for a payment to be put back in my account. I let her know to refund my payment and I will find someone else for the service. I don't feel comfortable knowing they "are at the mercy" of a company processing payments and feel a customer should be ok with waiting for money to come back. The refund will also take 5-7 business days to come back to my account. This is not ok. UPDATE: David called me to rectify my experience. I truly appreciate that he took the time to reach out to me and work to take care of the situation. They will be coming out and I want to say Thank you for caring! I truly appreciate you!
