Google reviewers rate the company 4.9 out of 5 based on 238 reviews, with the owner responding to 95% of feedback. Customers frequently praise the team for professional communication, punctuality, and thorough leak detection services, often noting reasonable pricing and the ability to fix issues missed by other contractors. However, some lower-rated reviews criticize the initial diagnostic process, citing high upfront testing fees, missed leaks on first visits, and a lack of proactive follow-up that required customers to persistently request updates.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Customer service is non existent and they never follow up with you without you contacting them first. From the pool leak test to the repairs, you've got to be persistent in order to get a response out of them. I'm a fellow business owner and this is not how you treat clients.
Thanks to the incredibly dry summer I had three individual water sheer (waterfalls) pipe breaks. Of course, at the time I didn't know this and thought I only had a single pipe break. After repairing the first, Cody found the second and the third and was able to get them all fixed in the same 24 hour period. Living in Texas I now understand this is just a reality of the climate and ground conditions. I now have a reliable pool repair service I can call for any future issues that I trust to get the job done both quickly and correctly!
When my pool was losing too much water due to possible leaks and my water bill kept climbing, I contacted Mr. Pool Leak Repair. Justin and Marcos used special pressure equipment to quickly locate several leaks in my spa and pool. These leaks were then skillfully repaired, and I decided to have Mr.Pool Leak Repair also resurface my aging pool. My brand new blue quartz pool now looks modern with no more leaks! A special thanks to Juan for his expert work on the spa plumbing and to Jose and the entire plaster crew for my beautifully updated pool. And thank you to Christian for patiently answering all my pesky questions. I would highly recommend Mr. Pool Leak Repair due to their friendly expertise and quality work!
Thank you for trusting our team with your pool! We’ll make sure everyone gets your kind words!

Great job! Very professional!
Thank you so much David for the wonderful review!
Mr. Pool Leak provided excellent service and completed everything timely. My pool was getting old. So I had normal wear and tear leaks around sealants in skimmer, light, and jet valves. Christian was very professional and got back with me very timely with any questions and kept me updated as to arrival times for Cody who did the repairs. Cody was great and completed the repairs in no time! They offer a good warranty as well. I hope I have no need for their services in the future, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call them!!
Excellence service but scheduling was less than perfect.
