The technician that came to replace my water heater was very professional and completed the job. The only thing that I disliked was that I received a text at 9:05AM saying that the technician was on his way so I’m like great. I’m sitting and waiting and sitting and waiting. Then at around 11:30AM I get a text from the technician saying that he had to help another technician and it took longer than expected, which I understand, but I had specifically scheduled a morning appointment so that I could go to work in the afternoon. The technician ended up arriving at 12:45PM and finished at about 4PM so I never made it to work. Other than that, everything went well.
Had propane/gas stove installed by Jacob. Jacob was very professional, courteous, polite, and answered all questions. Thanks Jacob, job well done!

Their service is efficient, professional and fast. I hesitated at first thinking these folks would be the most expensive around, but to my delight the quotes I received were lower than other independents. PLUS, Nick went above and beyond. Service and communication was superb! I will use these folks going forward every time!

The Gentleman that came out was very friendly. He was very respectful for my property and did a great job with putting in a new hot water heater. He worked by himself and did an amazing job installing and hauling the old one away

I used these guys once and only once to fix the plumbing of a house I bought near Forest park. I bought a waterheater and this company still proceeded to submit to my mortgage company a cost of $5700 for essentially; switching out the waterheater, stopping 2 leaks and unclogging 2 drain...connecting a washing machine and Changing out 7 radiator vents.
They were also at first insistent that I needed a new boiler. Which would have been $10-15k. I called Bershire plumbing and they fixed the boilee for $175. My advice to you is beware of these guys.
I called at 6:30 at night one evening, Needing a plumber to replace my water heater. And I was able to get an appointment the next day between 12:00pm and 3:00pm. That was fast service! The plumber that came out was very friendly and his work was very professional. I will call them again!
