Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Humboldt & Del Norte at a glance
Customers highlight punctuality, professional communication, and transparent pricing in their reviews of this plumbing service. Many note the use of trenchless technology for sewer repairs and the thorough cleanup left at job sites. While most praise the efficient handling of emergency calls and sewer inspections, a few lower-rated comments criticize specific instances of perceived rudeness and high repair estimates. Scheduling inconsistencies also appear as a recurring concern among some clients.

The guys that worked on my plumbing were really hard workers, very respectful, super nice. When they were gone my back patio was cleaner than before they started. Josh and Michael were exceptional. They were all good but I didn't get the name of the other "pipe boys" as I called them.

My wife and I were impressed with the timeliness, efficiency, and professionalism of the crew that came out to replace our wastewater laterals. We appreciated the technology that allowed them to replace the pipes without having to dig a trench through the lawn. Their clean up and finish work left the site looking practically undisturbed. We give them our highest recommendation.

They are amazing. I had an emergency and they worked really hard to fit me in same day and they did it. They were upfront about everything. Very kind and wonderful staff. Thank you very much for all the hard work.

Darrien came yesterday to perform some work that the company gave an estatmate on when the house was for sale. The final price of the work was as listed and Darrien was informative and knowledgable. It was a pleasure to have him and the company work on my house. Thank you.

Quick response to questions. Weather and ground conditions caused a slight delay and more work was required, however, the original estimate was honored. No extra cost to me.
