Kevin was very personable and professional . He explained in detail what each step entailed and why. He always communicated when he was arriving and when he was leaving the job. He was very meticulous with his clean up. The finished concrete was excellent.
Victor also explained in detail to a family member each step that was needed to take care of my issue.
Both gentlemen were a pleasure to work with.

I’ve used this company for several plumbing jobs and have always been very happy with the work.
Steven removed my water heater from the kitchen and installed a new one towards the back which gave me much-needed extra cabinet space in my kitchen.
He has also snaked my plumbing, hydro-jetted the lines, and replaced 20 feet of the main sewer pipe.
I’ve had a great experience every time. He’s honest, trustworthy, friendly, and easy to work with. I really appreciate having a plumber I can rely on. I would highly recommend him.

Woke up yesterday morning to a sewage smell coming from both bathrooms so we called Mr. Rooter to come and check it out. They recommended to epoxy the lines to fix the canaling of the pipes. I failed to contact anyone else for a quote and definitely way overpaid for the service according to a couple of others in the plumbing and construction world. The job cost just under 15k. The reason for the 3 stars though came during the job. The tech, who was respectful and nice enough, took it upon himself to check our kitchen for the same issue without communicating that he was going to do this. Sure enough it had the same issue and our 15k job was now turning into a 27k job. Major red flags in the communication piece here and definitely felt predatory as the next morning we found water under our sink after running our washing machine. Came across as "tell customer about another problem and leave a leak to prove problem." Very frustrated and disappointed with this company at this point and has left me questioning the work done for 15k because of this. Tech seemed like a decent guy but definitely a lot of red flags here. Unlikely to use this company for any new jobs. Three stars is the absolute most I can give for this company.

Adam, Jorge, John, and Noel did a good job cleaning/unclogging my stubborn kitchen drain. The pipe drain was in bad condition and applied a epoxy liner instead of performing a very invasive pipe repair.
