Mr Rooter (a Neighborly company) showed up on time and thoroughly investigated my plumbing situation using some pretty cool hi-tech tools and cameras. The problem turned out to be far more involved than I suspected. This was, by the way, a legitimate finding, not some clever upsell, and that impressed me greatly. The necessary service required the help of another, non-Mr. Rooter plumber, who had a machine that very effectively "blew out" all the built-up crud throughout the entire house. As a result, my drains are working as good as the day they were built. While not inexpensive, the work was done quickly and efficiently. I was kept informed all along the way and the job was completed in good time. I am very happy with Mr Rooter and my plumber, Richie Lara, and his partner in this job, Chris Brown, owner of CB Plumbing Services. I very highly recommend both of these companies and gentlemen without reservation! Added 9/22/2026: We had another plumbing problem very recently and called our go-to guys, Mr Rooter, and our man Richie Lara responded quickly. Again, as last time, he expertly diagnosed and resolved our issue. Richie is a highly experienced plumber who not only fixes problems, but educates on why and how these issues occur and what preventative steps can be taken to minimize the chances of recurrence. It's so good to finally have a quality, dependable company to call when we need help!

The technician was very polite and professional. He shared the different options for resolving our whole house drain slowness after utilizing the diagnostic equipment. He suggested what his recommendation was and what the cost of the different options were. Then completed the requested option in a timely manner. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to freinds in the future.

Richie came out incredibly fast and was able to help clear a clog in our old pipes. Kids were excited to be able to have a fast draining bath tub and we were excited to have less issues with laundry backing up! Would definitely recommend for quick and prompt service!

Called on a Friday morning and had me scheduled that afternoon between 1-3! Received message before one that service on way! Richie Lara was the tech! He was friendly, professional and explained everything and pricing! He was completely finished work in great time!
Toilets were backing up into my showers and they were reasonable and very thorough. I've used them once before and had the same experience and will definitely be using them again
