I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Rooter! My backflow was leaking and had turned into an unexpected outdoor shower for anyone walking by! 😂🚿 The pedestrians were getting complimentary showers, whether they wanted one or not! Needless to say, that free water park needed to close! 🤣
Mr. Rooter came out quickly, got right to work, and fixed the problem. The service was fast, efficient, and professional. The technician was polite, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process.
I truly appreciate a company that responds promptly, treats its customers well, and gets the job done right. Thanks to Mr. Rooter, the leaking has stopped, and the public can go back to walking by without needing an umbrella! 😂☔

Absolutely amazing service! We had an underground water leak on over A few acres of land, and the plumber came out to help us figure out how to stop it. We seriously hit the lottery because he managed to find a shutoff valve that made all the difference! What could have been a complete nightmare turned into a huge relief. Extremely grateful for the help, knowledge, and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Mr. Rooter cut corners on the installation of a water heater. It was an emergency repair because of a burst water line so our first floor was flooded. Technician failed to properly install a drain line (so we wouldn’t have another flooding issue) or an expansion tank on the new water heater we paid $2100 for. When I asked him directly about these oversights he said the drain line was not part of the quote and he would have to charge more to go back and fix it. And that he was waiting for the repairs to be done in the house to go back and install an expansion tank which is not likely since we haven’t heard from them since the repair. We had our trusted handyman go back and fix these oversights and paid out of pocket for what Mr Rooter should have done the right way the first time.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. As a locally owned and operated family business, we take our reputation and customer satisfaction very seriously. It is disappointing to receive a two-star review, especially when we believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding the work performed and our intentions to complete the installation.
We would like to clarify a few important details.
Because your water heater is located in a very tight space underneath the stairwell, our technician explained that the expansion tank would be installed after the restoration company completed the drywall and shelving repairs. This was specifically planned to avoid interfering with the restoration work or risking damage to newly installed materials.
Unfortunately, we never received notification from you or the restoration company that the repairs had been completed and the area was ready for us to return. We certainly had no intention of leaving the expansion tank unfinished.
Regarding the drain line, the original water heater installation did not have an exterior drain line. Installing an entirely new drain line to the exterior would require additional work beyond the original quoted scope. We acknowledge that this should have been explained more clearly before the installation.
Our technician also spoke with you by phone and addressed your concerns. However, it appears there was a breakdown in communication between our technician, our office, and you.
We are also disappointed to hear that you felt it necessary to hire and pay your handyman to complete additional work. If there was work we had committed to completing, we would have appreciated the opportunity to return and address it ourselves.
We have attempted to contact you personally by phone to discuss these concerns and find a fair resolution, but unfortunately, we have not been able to connect.
We have built our family business on hard work, honesty, and standing behind our services. We understand how stressful a flooded home and emergency water heater replacement can be, and our goal was to help you during a difficult situation, not create additional frustration.
We respectfully ask that you give us the opportunity to resolve this matter directly. Please contact our office at your earliest convenience.

Mr. Rooter really helped me out when I had a running leak for a month. The plumber came in and tested my appliances and found my toliet was the issue. I was relieved. He replaced the element inside and it works just fine. Thank you again, Mr. Rooter!!!!
