Google reviewers rate MRI Property Inspection Services five stars based on 91 reviews, highlighting thorough inspections, detailed reports with photos, and responsive communication. Customers frequently praise the clarity of findings, practical recommendations for future maintenance, and prompt delivery of documentation. However, two low-star reviews criticize the lack of specificity in identifying major system defects, noting that significant issues like furnace cracks and high-pressure water heaters were overlooked or mischaracterized during the assessment.
