Above and beyond service from Mrs. Doolittles! We had to drop one of our dogs off later, with a friend because she broke her dew claw. Stuff was very understanding and flexible. They even offered to give her her medications and change the wrapping. They made sure to call us first to make sure that was OK. It absolutely made our time away a lot better knowing that such amazing staff as looking over our pups. I have been singing their praises to anyone that has dogs.
My puppy Rocki has been going since she was 4 months old and absolutely loves it here. The staff is amazing and you can see the compassion they show towards my fur baby! I love that they post photos of all the dogs too! It’s also so convenient that they have grooming services there too! Since she was so small when she started they have always taken into consideration any concerns including putting her up for extra naps through out the full day. My dog is so excited to come here every time I drop her off! Highly recommended to those who are unsure.
Our experience here has been mixed. The quality of care has been great. Don't get me wrong. Once our dogs are there, we have no issues. The problem is they don't answer their phones, texts, or emails. I've called, texted, and emailed multiple times over multiple days in a row, leaving voicemail each time, and no one has contacted me back. And this isn't an isolated experience. We've been using them for over 4 years now. This has been an ongoing issue with them. We finally decided to find a different boarder.
Whats more is that when we've called and received no answer or callback, my wife has had to drive there and each time she has, she's reported that there are several staff members talking at the front counter, ignoring incoming calls. Just hanging out. This is the third day now we've tried contacting them, so now we're done. We're going elsewhere. Really sad too bc when they decide to actually work, they do a great job. It's just getting them to work that's the issue. It doesn't help that in those 4 years we've been going there, we've never seen the owner. Not once. Just a bunch of young girls chatting away behind the counter. Poor management is what it is. Anyway, there's better options out there.
I just can't deal with this place anymore. The last few times I've used boarding services here they made sure to emphasize that I need a local "on call" person to come get my dogs if there is any concern for illness. The problem is: If I had someone who could be "on call," then I wouldn't need dog boarding! For the price and the hastle, Mrs Doolittles is not worth it!
This place is amazing. Super friendly and kind staff but they also pay attention to your pets and it’s obvious they are cared for. They spoke to me about my pet that has a limp on occasion and has had the issue since he was a puppy, they noticed and made sure to talk with me about it to see if there is anything they should do additionally to make sure he is comfortable. They always say hi to my dogs when we walk in and know them by name and it’s only my 3rd time here. I am very happy with the facility and they make sure to keep you updated, post pictures of the dogs from that day, and make sure the pets are happy and healthy. I am very happy to have my dogs with them!
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. My dog matt loves it. He gets so excited when we get there. The staff is superb. Definitely 5 stars
