I set an appointment with Amy 2 weeks ago for today with an arrival window of 8am-11am. Nobody called me until 11:20am today. They mentioned they needed to reschedule which was a little late. I would caution you on using their services as I’ve experienced a waste of time and no progress after waiting weeks.
Glad I went with this company. They did my service same day with no issues. My new chime repair came with an amazing quote. You guys are the best appreciate it.
