Super nice staff & great selection of guitars, amps, and accessories. I only wish that they had more percussion (drum) stuff. Very cool atmosphere.

Customers frequently praise the knowledgeable, friendly staff who assist with instrument selection, repairs, and music lessons. The store offers a wide range of guitars, amps, and accessories at reasonable prices, often going above and beyond to source specific items. However, some reviews highlight issues with communication, including ignored inquiries, slow repair turnaround times, and instances where customers felt ignored or condescended to during service interactions.

From what I saw while I was there, I would call this more of a guitar store. Nice people and affordable selection but they might have a narrow selection if your not have guitars and basses.

Great experience! Great selection of musical equipment for sale and rent. Many musicians visit Merlins for repairs supplies and more. Staff are very knowledgeable in equipment needs and are very friendly. Def recommend!

I was laughed at for asking how much they charge to string a baritone ukulele. It’s not a toy. It’s a four string guitar. I don’t appreciate the condescension I’ll never do business with this place again
