I’m a sales consultant for a high quality fence installation company. Reviewing plats of survey is an integral part of both our installers and my job. Every day I see very questionable or poorly done plats. Today I ran across a superior plat a customer had just had done by this company. My customer spoke very highly of customer service as well. It was obvious that the surveyor had gone above and beyond to meet the customer’s specific needs, placing additional stakes. Hats off.

Last year, I researched firms for a plat of survey to be done on our property. Murry & Moody LTD had stellar reviews, and I found the bid from Barb Murry to be competitive with others. She arrived with her associate at the designated time and worked assiduously for 1/2 of the day to locate our property's boundaries. The task was made more complex because the yard is contiguous to a golf course, with very little evidence of the original boundaries. The 2 of them worked in wet and muddy terrain, yet they soldiered on throughout the day. At the end, my wife and I were amazed to learn that the property extended deeper and wider than what we originally thought. Within a week, we received multiple copies of their work. What is noteworthy is that during our transition from 1 house to another, I misplaced these valuable documents. Earlier this week, I called Barb, asking if she could route me an additional copy at whatever cost: within the hour, I received an attachment of this plat in my email, along with a message that additional copies would soon be mailed to me, at no additional cost. You can now understand why her company is so highly regarded: I recommend Murry & Moody LTD with the highest of all possible accolades.
